To finalize your reservation, we require payment of $50 for our custodians. Please make checks payable to OCC. * Because church functions and ministry events take priority in our scheduling, private parties and activities may reserve OCC rooms no more than 6 weeks in advance of their requested date. Clean-Up: By reserving the OCC facility, you agree to leave the space in excellent condition. This includes wiping down all tables, returning tables and chairs to their original arrangement, and sweeping the floor. Trash Removal: OCC follows a carry-in/carry-out trash policy for all facility use, as dumpsters are locked and not available for general access. (Exceptions may be made upon special request. Kitchen Use: While you’re welcome to use tap water, the OCC kitchen and its supplies aren’t available for general use due to town regulations and ServSafe requirements. We kindly ask that all food, drinks, and supplies be prepared offsite. Bathrooms: Please utilize only the main bathrooms (where are they?) during your event.
